Get to Know Dr. Naman Rao

Dr. Rao's goal is to create awareness around the connection between oral and health and whole-body health. He is fascinated by ongoing developments in dental technology and enjoys restoring patients1 smiles and improving their overall quality of life.

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Rao earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University. Prior to that, Dr. Rao received a Master of Medical Science and Clinical Investigation from Harvard Medical School. He also completed two Cross Registered Programs: one at Harvard University in Oral lmplantology and another at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for an advanced course in artificial intelligence and machine learning, which is highly relevant in todais age of digital dentistry.

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

Dr. Rao grew up in Vadodara, an educational and cultural city in Gujarat, India. He moved to Boston to pursue his masters and doctorate degrees. Outside of the office, you can find him listing to music, reading books, and playing sports - both indoor and out.
