Our dentists and team members want to make your first visit a memorable and enjoyable one, so we have provided all the information you need below to help you better set expectations. Your First Visit
During your first appointment, you’ll be greeted by one of our team members and shown around the dental office to get to know it a bit better. This also provides a great opportunity to answer your questions and explain any treatments you may be considering. We’ll work with you to ensure you feel comfortable both physically and financially when it comes to your care. Furthermore, you’ll get a chance to meet your dentist and schedule any future appointments.
New Patient Forms
Before coming to see us, it’s important that you complete a few forms to help us better understand your dental needs. You’ll also be able to let us know about your insurance, any pre-existing conditions, medications you are currently taking, and your most up-to-date contact information. To expedite your check-in process, please arrive at our dental office 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time. This way, you’ll have time to fill out our forms.

Dental Insurance Welcome
Not only is our dental office happy to accept a wide variety of dental insurance plans, but we also accept Medicaid. At Super Dental, we’re proud to accept MassHealth, the program dedicated to helping those who use Medicaid and CHIP in Massachusetts cover dental treatments. Regardless of the dental insurance plan or benefits you intend to use, we’ll always be by your side to make sure you maximize them to the absolute fullest.
Financing Available
In the event that you do not have dental insurance or your plan simply does not cover all of your costs on its own, there are third-party options available. This includes CareCredit, a financing option that lets you pay for treatments over the course of several months and even years!
